Lewis Givens is President/Chief Executive Officer of Safety & Security Consulting LLC. Prior to assuming his current role Lewis served in a Baltimore based Public Safety Department for 18 years. Safety & Security Consulting LLC was founded with the primary objective of providing physical security, and access control consulting services. As Chief Executive Officer Lewis role consists of managing the daily operation and all general Safety & Security consulting services.

 

Lewis duties include managing daily operations and resources regarding organization goals/objectives that support strategic initiatives. Lewis primary goals are focused on client support and delivering effective consulting practices through proactive strategy implementation. Lewis additional duties have included creating an organization environment which enhances organization communication and structure. Lewis has a history of managing diverse and inclusive teams and has positioned to Safety & Security Consulting to maintain organization objective which support maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment. Lewis past experience has been focused on providing Safety & Security consulting services to various institutions with a goal of improving physical security practices and advances to access control policy and procedures.

 

Lewis earned an Associate of Arts Degree, Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. Lewis is currently, pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies. Lewis is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, National Society of Leadership and Success and Order of the Sword and Shield. In 2019, Lewis was awarded an Exceptional Service Award by the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association.
